We’ve entered a team in the 2018 Bewl Water Dragon Boat festival. The event takes place on Saturday 8 September 2018 and will be a fun day out for rowers and supporters.
The team from St Lawrence Seal Chart is raising funds for charities supported by the Church. Beneficiaries will include:
Sevenoaks Area Youth Trust : A youth work charity based in Sevenoaks, with the aim of training, employing and supporting detached Christian youth workers in Sevenoaks and its surrounding areas.
Children in Distress : Saving the lives of Romania’s disabled and abandoned children.
Kenward Trust: provide care and support to an average of 200 men and women affected by drug and alcohol dependence every year.
Rural Development Movement Parakkanvilai, India :the fund helps those working to empower local people through education, training and community projects.
